Fast delivery and easy tracking. Product arrived well packed & protected. New to solar panels tech, so connectors & instruction book made setup easy "plug & play". Solar charge registered as soon as plugged in. Some of the fastening clips that hold the panels together when folded did break when first unclipped - think they were very tight from factory. No effect on solar panel performance, just can't re-clip when storing back in original box. Overall great design & ease of use tech!
